Disappointing Experience at Lotte New York Palace
Unfortunately, my stay at Lotte New York Palace was quite disappointing. The staff was generally rude and not helpful, and I did not receive the level of hospitality I would expect from a luxury hotel.
My room was very noisy, and when I asked to be relocated, the staff was not cooperative or accommodating. The experience at the restaurant was also disappointing, with staff members being particularly rude and inattentive.
For a hotel of this reputation and price level, I expected much better service and professionalism. Sadly, the overall experience did not meet the standards I would expect from Lotte New York Palace.
