The staff was extremely kind, and we didn’t have any issues with the room at all. It was nice to have a smaller room for one person if need be, and everyone fit just fine. The shower was also wonderful, and the hotel itself was right beside a train station, making it extremely convenient.

We had a nice stay at Hotel Monterey Le Frerw Osaka. Great location, and parking available where we can just drop off our car and access public transport around the city. The hotel is like new, clean and full of amenities. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Osaka. Highly recommended.

Excellent modern hotel in a great location. Subway station below the property means you can travel to Kansai Airport without going outside. Very good breakfast buffets - separate western and Japanese ding rooms.

Very conveniently located next to a metro/train station, which made getting around easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the area around the hotel was much quieter and more peaceful than the more central, tourist-y areas in Osaka. Really appreciated the complementary tea & coffee and the great amenities provided. I think we went to the Family Mart downstairs every day to pick up snacks and other necessities -- so great to have that option!

We booked for 4 nights. Room was more spacious than any of the other hotels we booked. Would definitely stay here again. Subway system was close by. Breakfast was delicious. Variety of Asian and western food. Had a big vegetarian section.

The Good: 1) cold room fridge; 2) short walk to M subway line to take you anywhere you like; 3) nice rooms (large room by Japanese standards); 4) nice view from our room; 5) wifi worked well; 6) bed was comfortable; 7) room for our bags; and 8) ample space to hang clothing,8) quiet room (29th floor).
The excellent: the spa baths were incredible!
The not so good: the executive lounge is beautifully appointed. Combined with the views it could rank among the best - touching on Fairmont or 4...

This is a great hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! It was a great way to start my days while visiting Osaka. Hotel is 5 min walking from a local station where you can connect to any other lines. Just note that JR pass won't be accepted to ride the majority of local train lines, so you'll need to pay extra if you're staying at this hotel. Nonetheless, I'd stay at this hotel again and again...

Amazing lovely hotel. Walkable to dontonbori area, luxury shopping mall nearby and directly connected to the subway below without having to go outside. There was also a little convenience store at ground level. Spacious room, clean, and nice skincare samples provided. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is in an excellent location! You can easily walk to Dontonburi and the Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping street is basically right out the door (like 5 mins walk). Metro station is about 5 mins away as well. The room was small (no where to put your clothes, so we lived out of suitcase) but otherwise it was fine. Very clean and comfortable. We also used the laundry in the building, $500 Yen for a wash which included detergent and drying was $100 Yen for 8 mins. I would recommend and stay here again...

The best area to stay in Moriguchi is around Moriguchishi Station, which offers the most convenient access and a good selection of amenities.
This area serves as Moriguchi's main commercial hub. It's very well-connected by both the Keihan Line and the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line, making it incredibly easy to travel to central Osaka destinations like Umeda or Namba.
