Access to food places is everywhere around the hotel. The hotel had an Indian guy who was extremely rude to us during check-in. His demeanor was extremely unprofessional. This guy's behavior basically ruined the entire experience at the hotel. During the check-in process, he was very terse and short. We have no idea why the hotel would hire a guy with such a bad manner when treating customers. The hotel should reveal the video footage of the time and date of our check-in and assess his performance. This is not acceptable anywhere, even in India. And I've been to India many times and I got very professional treatment in India.
