"My room was clean however the TV still didn’t work after visiting this property 2 months earlier and staying in the same room. Staff moved me to another room but it was an accessible room. I had to sit on the floor in the shower to read the bottles in the shower to see which was shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Because I was moved to the first floor I had people outside my room yelling on the phone at other people at 7 am. Why I never stay on the first floor. I would only recommend this property if you don’t want to watch any streaming services. "

"Rooms are dirty and have roaches. Lamps and televisions are broken. Requested a refund and was told one would be issued on the “honor system” until Hotels.com staff got involved. Then a refund was issued immediately. Thank you, Hotels.com staff member Amed for stepping in and handling the issue. "

"The outside could be worked on a bit,but over all it was a comfortable stay,the bed was really comfortable and clean and whoever the housekeeper is who decorates the towels should get a raise that’s what sealed the deal for me it actually put a smile on my face when I saw it. "
