The pool is great and I love how the hot tub is a private area above the larger pool area. Thought only the jets at the floor turned on and not the top. The staff could use some practice in smiling. "The staff was excellent and the room was clean and well maintained. The problem we encountered was the lack of parking. Returned to the property after a concert to no parking spots except an VIP spot. We went inside to make sure ok to park there. We were told ok or there would be no fire so told to park in fire lanes around pool. There was at least six cars in fire lanes the next morning. The opinion we got was this is a common occurrence. "

"Only shower in the rooms, no bathtubs. The bed had two top sheets on it instead of a fitted sheet so every night I woke up with the bottom sheet all crinkled up underneath me. "

"One of the rooms I had no ac one door wouldn’t lock everything of the sort everything was loose screws missing on the lock mechanism and adding to that the area just horrible adding the family dollar "
