« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Hôtel situé au bord de l’autoroute dans la zone industrielle. La réceptionniste n’est pas aimable, l’hôtel est sombre, la moquette des couloirs est très sale, les lits ( doubles ?) sont petits. L’environnement est très bruyant ( Klaxons des camions dès 6:00 du matin ! »

« Stayed here because nowhere had great reviews and this was the best of the bunch. Not good. I understand only making up the room every other day. We stayed for 3 days and it was never made up. On day 2 and 3 we told housekeeping right near our room that we were leaving for the day and the room could be made up, only to return with nothing done. « Nicely renovated. Not much of a breakfast. Staff was very nice. Loud by the freeway. »

« The floor we stayed on was so loud making it impossible to sleep even though we had to get up early. Every night someone was running through the halls or slamming door and arguing on the phone. The staff were hands down the best but until a curfew is implemented for kids running around all night I highly doubt I would come back and stay, and I was there with my own teenage kids and they were bothered and it was hard to sleep even for them. »

« Reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in we were given a king with a sleeper sofa. When we went to the front desk we were told it was reserved that way by Expedia and could not be given a room with two queen beds because they were booked up,also no refund because we booked through Expedia. We returned to the room pulled the sofa bed out,no bedding in the room. Called the front desk and ask them to bring sheets. They told us we would have to walk down and get them. « Room was musty smelling and dusty. Barhroom light needed to be flicked on and off several times to get the light to light up. According to front desk it wasn't the bulb, the switch. Which it did work. Sticky floors as too much soap is used to mop floors. »

« The whole place smelled like weed. Breakfast coffee was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Bed was comfortable but walls are paper thin and you can hear every door that opens and closes down your hall. Our bathroom door don’t fit right and I thought I was stuck in the bathroom. Overpriced for what you get but staff was very nice. »
