« Spectaculaire vue de notre chambre située au 19eme étage sur le fleuve et les illuminations de nuit. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses La moquette et le mobilier ne sont plus tout jeunes et auraient bien besoin d’être renouvelés. Néanmoins l’ensemble est bien entretenu. Pas de bouilloire ni de machine à café. Nous avons testé le restaurant OZ burgers au petit déjeuner et dîner. Loin d’être raffiné mais le service est efficace. « Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bossier City/Casino Area Bossier City, Louisiana was perfect for the our needs. The Owner and staff are so accommodating. I had the privilege of meeting the owners and they made us feel like family. We were going to stay there just a few days and go to another hotel as we had things thing to do in more than one area and just extended our stay here because they were so nice and we really loved the newly renovated rooms. »

« I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building. I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust". I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. »

« So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. »

"The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy."
