I was too tired to go back to the front desk about this issue and decided to wait until next day. I complained about...

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »
