The property advertising is very misleading. Where was the pool? Where was the onsite catering aside from breakfast? The accomodation was okay, if very isolated. No daytime cafes, just a couple of restaurants that only open for lunch, sometimes dinner. The fridge in my room didn’t work, so I couldn’t bring in an improvised meal. Like one other reviewer, I felt like I wanted my money back! So misleading!

The food was first class and rooms were immaculately clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for restaurants and bars and 1/2 mile from our River Cruise embarkation. We couldn’t be more pleased.

The location of the hotel was amazing! The room was a good size, the bathtub was very nice. The main issue I had with the property was that our air conditioner did not work properly. It made for a very uncomfortable night sleep. We did notify the staff, and they tried to help us with it. Even after they fiddled with it, it did not change anything. It was very stuffy and oppressively warm in the room.
