« Nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans ce très bel appartement très bien situé, loin de la cohue mais près de tout. C'est très tranquille mais à deux minutes du tram qui nous amène directement dans le centre historique, Piazza Venezia. La terrasse est charmante et le salon et la salle à manger sont très bien aménagés. Nous y avons passé de belles soirées lorsque le temps était plus frais (séjour fin avril). La chambre et le lit sont très confortables. Notre hôte est très disponible et d'une aide...

All of the check in process needed to be completed ahead of time online different than a hotel which I didn’t know when I booked but the staff sent messages to let you know to complete check in and they were accommodating to timing of arrival. »

« We loved our stay! The apartment is clean, well equiped and nicely renovated, it is well located with plenty of cool shops and restaurants nearby and within walking distance of points of interest. Raphaella is a very responsive host, even organizing for us a pick up at the airport. The bedrooms are comfortable and we appreciated the AC ( Rome is hot in july) »

"Expérience unique dans les "Mama Shelter". Très différents de tous les autres hotels où j'ai pu aller. C'est comme dans un cocon, on se sent dans une famille. Décoration Rococo mélangée à du baroque mais trés soignée. Toujours de la musique en fonds, un subtil mélange de vieux tubes de la Motown, suivi d'un Dalida, puis du dernier Mix House du moment. Le personnel, jeune, trés cool (en jeans, basket et teeshirt) et toujours trés sympathique. Tous ont fait l'effort d'essayer de parler en français. La restauration excellente. Une fois posé au restaurant, on n'a plus envie de partir, même après son repas. On se sent bien, détendu dans cette atmosphère hors du temps, avec cette programmation musicale et des extraits de dessins animés diffusés sur les écrans (scoobydoo, mickey, ...)"
