The apartment is really ideally located to visit Rome. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood with many sights nearby. We often took an evening walk along the Colosseum, the Pantheon and the Trevi fountains and this took us less than an hour. The restaurants in the area are also very nice and tasty to visit (Black Market and Trattoria Al Tettarello, nice Italian atmospheres).We met the host Sylvia personally and she is really very nice and very helpful. When checking in, it was a bit difficult for us, there was some 'noise on the line', but this was eventually resolved well. Everything was prepared for us and we received a recommendation to an amazingly delicious restaurant near by. This unit we stayed in was one of several situated on this property that also had a cute communal courtyard area. It’s such a fitting place to stay when you’re in Rome because it has a story of its own. The property has been in the owner’s family for many generations and she provides a nice tour when you arrive. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable (and speaks English). This unit we stayed in was very stylish, comfortable, and in a great location for a tourist, we loved it!
