The room smelled as soon as we walked in and felt really dirty. We stayed the night and had ants all over our stuff in the morning. We went to use the pool but it didn't open until 3 pm that day. We went to sit in the courtyard but they didn't have any cushions for the metal chairs. The staff told me it's due to people stealing them and they get weathered. I start looking around the courtyard and notice how unkempt the property was and it was extremely run down. I see black trash bags thrown behind the trees. The staff was fine but dressed like they just got out of bed. I called Expedia and requested a cancellation and checked out immediately and found another place to stay.

There were multiple things wrong to the point where I had to leave after 24 hours. A stranger was given my room, key and allowed to walk in my room while I was sleeping at midnight. No apologies were made. Nothing was said by management.
Water pressure was terrible
The furniture was broken
The lift was broken and no one offered to assist with multiple bags during check-in no concern over safety
