"The location is excellent, and the valet parking service was great. However, my room was right near the elevator, so it was quite noisy late at night, even around 2 a.m., which made it difficult to rest. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but I had reserved a room advertised as having a river view. Unfortunately, because the room was on a lower floor, I couldn’t really see the river at all. I had also noted in my reservation that I would prefer a higher floor if possible, so that was a bit disappointing."

Required underground parking deck parking. Not easily accessible to hotel. Which you were also changed for parking and no voucher received."
