The host communication is excellent. However, renter beware—this rental is located on a block frequented by unsober city dwellers. My husband was propositioned while trying to open the lockbox. Police were quelling a disturbance out front as we were departing. Parking is around the corner—a block or two away from unit. Great spot for adults who don’t mind city activity in a transitional area. Not ideal for a family traveling with children, imo. My fault that I didn’t read for detail to realize with enough time to change plans. Hosts were great. There is a great coffee shop a few doors down, and it was very easy to get to the hockey arena and baseball stadium.
