"It’s a cute little tiny house but it is not in the best area of town. It’s in a more rundown area. Not overly far from beach but not super close either. It had everything I needed for a long weekend…. Anyone over the height of 5’6 would not be comfortable in the bed loft area… I was barely able to sit up without touching ceiling…. Nicely decorated cute little place overall."

The decor was tasteful, fans to keep everything cool, and the grill was perfect to enjoy time outdoors after a long day. Safe for children of all ages. Definitely will book next trip to the area."

"This quaint older home met our needs well for a weekend with my PCC grandchildren. The location was convenient to anywhere in Pensacola we wished to go. The house itself was clean and nicely decorated. The small kitchen was nicely equipped for meal prep. Our host was quick to respond when we needed information. Parking on the yard felt a bit strange but it worked fine for our 2 vehicles."

"The place is beautiful, clean and close to everything including their downtown area and the school where our sons graduated. What our group like the most is that the house bedrooms have its own bathrooms. The house owner Naomi is awesome and very accommodating. She's quick to respond if you have questions or request allowing us to even hang graduation banners outside the house. We enjoyed our stay here in Pensacola that we even extended our stay for 2 nights. Thank you vrbo."

"We had a GREAT stay at Kozy on Kipling! The one level townhome was perfect for our needs, a short drive to good restaurants and shopping, if you forgot anything. We loved the layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, separated from each other by the kitchen/dining/living areas to allow for individual space. "We stayed for one night and it was perfect. Some highlights: the house is very clean and comfortable, there was coffee in the morning, the back yard is huge and very pleasant for resting! The only downside of the property is completely out of the owner's control: traffic noise at night. You should definitely consider a stay here!"
