"The inside of the house was beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The floors were immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with all the right amenities and the beds were the best mattresses I had been in for a rental house. There was an issue with the water and the avant team got right on it and was fixed in good time. Any questions I had they were very good at communicating and solving problems. "I was so excited to stay here. I envisioned walking down that long, curvy pier to the end each day to watch the sunset, rocking in those rocking chairs cooled by the ceiling fans and reading a good book, sunning by the pool at night in the beautifully lit pool, watching all the different types of birds with the thoughtfully provided binoculars, and generally enjoying all the peace and quiet. "Host was super responsive. Townhouse was decorated so perfectly for our beach vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked so we had the ability to cook instead of eating out the entire time. Appreciated the beach accessories and cooler since we were not able to bring these items. The three bedrooms were great for our family so everyone had their own space. The multiple bathrooms were perfect for our family. We would definitely rent this townhouse again."
