Whenever I travel back to Panhandle (lived Gulf Breeze 8 years), I always choose Days Inn Wyndham Navarre to stay. It's reasonably priced, close to anything and everything, is clean and staff friendly, as well as helpful. Parking is convenient and they have a small pool for kiddos. They may not serve a full, hot breakfast, but they provide coffee, juices, fresh fruit & delicious muffins. If you want more, McDonald's is walking distance!

The sleeper sofa has a plywood board under the cushions that state that it is broken and not to be used.
Under the sleeper sofa right side cushion, you can see where the mattress frame has torn away from the main sofa frame

The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were very kind. The room was clean, but the property and furnishings were pretty worn out. The bar sink in our room leaked throughout our stay, even though I reported it to housekeeping. There was no attempt to repair it. Late one afternoon the toilet clogged up about the time that the housekeeping/maintenance staff was clocking out. I spoke with one of the housekeepers as she was getting into her car to leave, and she suggested that I let the front desk clerk know about the clog and they would call a plumber. However, when I reported it to the clerk, she said that they couldn’t get a plumber to come until the next morning—she then handed me a toilet plunger and suggested that I try to unclog the toilet myself. I felt as though I was in a sitcom episode! Although the clerk was polite, I just didn’t think that this was an appropriate response, and I sensed that the hotel owners don’t care to spend money to maintain their property. We weren’t offered another room. So, even though everyone who worked on the property was very kind, I think that the property is very poorly managed and maintained. We won’t be staying here on our next visit.
