Great for a quick and central location on my visit to HK

I came to stay myself. Check in and check out process is seamless. Great space in my room. Wish it was closer to mtr exit though.

We have a big suite with 2 bathrooms, 2 big beds and 2 offices rooms so it’s very comfortable for 3 of us, especially it’s much easier to get ready in the morning. The amenities are great, the room is clean. and staffs attend to your needs by just texting them. It is very convenient if you want to find local foods to eat , MTR is next door, tram is just right in front. The only downside is that the side corridor getting to the hotel always has dirty puddle of water from a kitchen, and they are surrounded by the stores that sell dried seafoods so it does smell especially in the summer time. Though once you entered the hotel the smell is gone. This can be a downside to many. Though the hotel itself is an excellent day for the money. In HK you can rarely find hotels good for a family, this is one of the few hotels that delivers.

Yes, I book a ocean view room with balcony, its a very nice view with beach, ocean and mountain.

This hotel is really wonderful. Since the moment we arrived there until we checked out they went above and beyond to accommodate us in every possible way you can think. If you're planning to go to Hong Kong, whether is business or pleasure, I strongly recommend you should book this hotel and I promise you will not be disappointed.
