« The place was ok, not a whole/entire house as advertised. Check in was a little confusing too. The place could do with some small but significant upgrades like a dishwashwer, proper cutting board (wood preferably), and some cooking oil/spray along with some other basic home essentials. Overall the stay was fine. Also, heating is controlled through the main house, so need to message the host to get it turned up/down, which was annoying. »

« Property is centrally located within approximately 10 min. walk to any of the 3 main Stratford theaters and the downtown area. So it's extremely convenient to leave your car permanently parked at the property-provided spot in rear of home and head-out on foot. The hosts are VERY accommodating on check-in, breakfast meals, housekeeping needs, snacks/coffee/tea, and common area amenities. « We stayed at this VRBO this past weekend as a group of 8. The listing advertised two king-sized beds and two queen-sized beds; however, the actual setup was two king-sized beds, one double bed, and two single beds. While the beds were comfortable, they did not match what was advertised in the listing.Only one of the televisions was working, the other had an X taped across the front of it. « This was a good location; only 10 minutes from the downtown. The house was in pretty good condition and we appreciated having the 4 bedrooms. Linens were good and beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we were not informed before our stay, which we had booked several months ago, that there were other occupants in the basement of the house. So we were surprised to see the notice left for guests and to hear noises from the basement. That may have affected our choice of accommodations; we...

« We had a beautiful stay in Stratford. This property is in the perfect location. It is a very close walk to all theaters, the river and gardens, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying here. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and breakfast was fantastic!! We cannot wait to visit Stratford again and will definitely stay here again. »
