The location cannot be beaten, sitting just 100 yards from the private beach. The travertine pool deck features brand new lounge chairs with plush cushions and an outdoor grilling area for afternoon cookouts poolside. The pool is like new with a beautiful white plaster finish. Seasonally heated from October 1 to May 1, the 25 x 14 pool can handle a bathing load of 20 comfortably when the beach time is over for the day. Upon entry, guests will find the living area and kitchen conveniently located just inside providing ease of entry with groceries and luggage. The open floor plan is spacious and features stunning architectural archways throughout. Relax in the living room on the plush leather sofas seating 8 comfortably. Extra chairs are arranged for family gatherings and movie nights on the 55" flat screen TV. Plantation shutters provide maximum privacy or can be opened to see the swimming pool or let in the beautiful Florida sunshine. In the kitchen, stainless steel Viking appliances are perfectly designed for the most meticulous of chefs. There are two dishwashers and a standalone ice maker. The rich cabinets are fully stocked for every cooking need with place settings for 28 guests. When it’s time to dine, gather at the bar, dining room table or head outside to the Polywood table and chairs for your family meal together. When you’re ready to turn in for the night, the first floor has a King Suite with a large private bathroom. Just in the foyer, there’s another full bath to accommodate the built in bunk room which sleeps 3 and is finished in beautiful white paneling. Don't overlook yet another queen over queen custom-built bunk tucked into the media room, perfect to get away from all the living room hustle and bustle. The new stackable full-size washer and dryer are on the first to handle your laundry needs. There is a second full size refrigerator for extra storage in the foyer area. Awaiting you on the second floor is a game room with a television, pool table, and high top bar table with seating for two. This is the perfect spot for a game of cards or overlooking the neighborhood or pool from the balcony. Down the hall, guests will find three King Suites, each decorated with their own custom style and fit with a private bathroom and flat-screen TV. Located on the third floor are 3 additional guest bedrooms. However, the house does need a lot of updating and maintenance. 1st day getting our assigned rooms as we are a family of 24\. Some of us noticed the sheets and pillow case that looked like someone had already slept on it. It had hair all over! So we had to laundry our sheets first day. The floor had sand. Dust on cabinets and windows. The pool was full of sand as well. I had to call to get it cleaned. The house is beautiful but needs a lot of attention. One block from the beach which we liked very much. We’d spend a lot of time at the pool after we come from the beach. And we stay late just hanging out at the pool area. Would have been nice if the pool lights are actually working. The kitchen had a nice drawer type microwave, two dishwashers that were not working. A nice Viking refrigerator that was leaking and freezer that was not keeping food frozen. It’s nice that they at least have another refrigerator provided and ice maker. Centralized air conditioning in the house but they had to provide portable air conditioners in three of the rooms or it will be too hot otherwise. The air vents are leaking in the first floor and second floor due to too much condensation. The water dripping from the second floor vents had become too much that they had to provide towels to put on the floor. 5th day, the washer started leaking and flooding the floor through the other room. Dryer was stopping several times mid drying. From a seamless check in, great communication with the property host, to the pool and walkable proximity to the beautiful beach. Just a few hiccups with furniture, faucets handles, extra fridge leaking water, upstairs tv reception not working, and pool table missing chalk and ball rack. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying our Thanksgiving there. We had a Great time because the minor inadequacies didn’t stop our fun. I noted inadequacies with Beach vacation representative and she was very kind and asked what she could do to help us with our stay. I would go back again and I’d recommend this Beach vacation to others. I’d give it a 8/10! ##### Mary F. Everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed every minute of it. The office personelle was extremely nice and accommodating! I had to contact the office for additional washcloths which was later in the evening then someone was sending out more than asked for the very next morning. Since it was my wedding guest were wanting to visit with us before the wedding and parking wise, I was amazed at how this situation that I didn't think through was handled by the office. The ice maker didn’t work and the house in general needs numerous small repairs. The greatest disappointment was that the first floor AC unit was not cooling and was leaking water all over the floor, this was a problem for the entire week. Someone was sent out a couple of times but the problem was never corrected. Those sleeping on the first floor were u comfortable all week. Other than that, the managers we were very responsive and always eager to help. The location of the house is hard to beat! ##### Shanna M. Lots of little things need repaired and replaced for the price that it’s rented for. Kitchen well appointed. Bar hard to use because of large stools and dining room table and chairs so close. Home was very comfortable even so for our group of 20\. Spa didn’t work. Everyone had their own bathroom. We could all fit comfotably in the kitchen/ eating area for meals. Beach access 1 block away. Beach toys at store one block away. Grocery 1/2 mile away, great restaurant 3 blocks alway. Only thing I would change is more shade with umbrellas, fans, or trees around west facing pool and balaconies.
