Our nestled family-friendly home is located in the neighborhood of Seaspray, only one block from the beautiful sugar sand beaches. With plenty of space for relaxation and play, this cozy, inviting, professionally decorated coastal house, offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. Best of all, there is gated private beach access next to Surf Hut restaurant, complete with parking... Load your beach chairs & gear and drive your group, without circling looking for parking at the public beach access points!
Enjoy a spacious open floor plan between the living room and kitchen, grab a throw & get comfortable on the large, cozy wrap-around sofa while watching movies on the 65" smart TV. The kitchen has stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with dishes & wine glasses, cookware, an electric skillet, griddle, crockpot, blender, Keurig Duo coffee pot, and more, making preparing your favorite family meals easy and enjoyable. The connected dining room is a great area for family game night once your meal is done!
Sleeping arrangements include a master suite with King bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and a Bunk room. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted smart TV for your enjoyment, and a baby Pack 'n Play is available if needed. Kids love the bunk room and having their own hang-out space, with Full over Full bunk beds, a trundle, and TV for movies or gaming.
The fun doesn't stop there!! You'll love being steps away from the semi-secluded, secure community pool. It's often vacant, so it can feel like having your own private pool & cabana area! You'll also want to relax in the home's private backyard oasis with a covered pergola, enchanting porch swing, 2 dining tables, a BBQ grill, cornhole set, and twinkling lights to enjoy at dusk.
With access to the garage, you'll have room for one vehicle, plus 2 additional on the driveway. Only 3 vehicles are allowed at this property, and parking or blocking the sidewalk is not allowed. Located in the garage are 4 complimentary bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach wagon, coolers, and sand & water toys for guest use during your stay. Golf carts are available for an additional discounted fee if you plan to rent one while visiting.
Unfortunately, we do not offer parking for boats/trailers/RVs at this home. NO streetside or overnight public parking is available, so please plan accordingly before arrival!
All linens (bed linens & towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.
