Secteur agréable, près d’une station de métro, une épicerie et des dépanneurs juste à côté, le château d’Osaka et la promenade du canal (spectacle son et lumière en soirée) accessibles facilement à pied. "Super hotel, bien placé à Osaka à coté de la gare ce qui le rend pratique pour se balader à pied ou rejoindre n'importe quel coin ou l'aéroport. Le personnel est très serviable et toujours disponible pour aider. Le fait d'avoir un Kombini à l'interieur de l'hôtel est pratique dommage que le onsen soit souvent pleins, et les machines à laver le linge ne sont pas vidés."
