This hotel treated us very well! The staff was attentive and kind. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING! it was easily the best part of our stay at Hotel RIU. Accessibility to the subway is a huge plus. It’s also within walking distance to dozens of landmarks and points of interest. The room was clean, with towels galore. The Wi-Fi was strong, although the TVs didn’t have ready access to streaming services. The only drawbacks for our stay, which are not many, was a lack of drawer space in the room,, and the elevator situation was frustrating. The morning rush of visitors can tie up the elevators for a long time, and depending on how high your room is, there is no other way down. Overall, for Hotel RIU’s convenient location and cleanliness, and courteousness of the staff, and the breakfast (if included), I would highly recommend to stay here!

Friendly staff and our room got upgraded for free!

Loved this hotel! We upgraded to a suite in the palaces and it was huge. We were actually expecting a good room decor either modern or rustic, old look but it was just plain vanilla. Bathrooms used a very ordinary Italian stone or granite that’s found in cheaper hotels/houses. But other than that the bars, lounge and spa were absolutely fantastic. We had cocktails in their gold bar for an awesome experience! Room service was a bit slow especially when you have to get to your appointments. The staff was great, polite and friendly. The location is great with lot of restaurants, shopping and access to subways.

Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Outstanding location, easy walking distance to shopping and tourist areas. Great amount of restaurants in the area.

Great location. Basic room but comfortable bed. Perfect for our one night stay on our way to Europe. Helpful staff.
