"Property was in a great location and overall it was nice but we were staying for 3 nights and they left 3 towels plus 2 small one which wasn't enough. One of the bathroom was great and the small one was bad and very hard to take shower because water was going out and we had no extra towel to dry and basically only one bathroom. "

No cleaners for the entire stay; at the end of your visit you’re asked to sweep, strip the bedding, wash + dry dishes, and empty the bins (probably own fault for not being aware of this). "Very clean hotel with friendly staff. I guess it’s becoming the norm to rent sunbeds by the beach if you’re getting a more VIP experience, but I felt that this facility are just kicking the hole out of it, with the exorbitant cost of a sunbed just to sit at the pool. I would have liked to see an ice dispenser ‘somewhere’ on property. We had to pay room service rates just for buckets of ice. My complaint here isn’t so much about cost, but probably the inconvenience of having to wait 20-30 minutes for some ice and they waltz it to your room on a trolley, like you just ordered Dom Perignon! Casino is really small with only one blackjack table, so once the 6 spots are taken, you can’t get on the table …and I found the pit boss on a high chair above the table like a pool lifeguard just a little odd. I didn’t pay enough attention to the location when booking and thought it was in Cannes …but it’s 5 miles away, which I’m surprised I missed this when choosing this place. It’s a lovely beach walk, which we did once (one way) …but the rest of the time we had to pay €20-€25 each way. No biggie, but my mistake when looking at the map."

"Whilst the location is 5 star, the service most certainly is not: - Lack of attentiveness at check-in (no assistance with luggage), at breakfast service (had to flag down waiter on two days to get coffee), at lunch service (wrong order) - Impeachment of guest privacy / safety - twice staff walked into my room without my knowledge, one time catching me undressed - They asked me to change rooms due to a faulty mini bar but did not offer to pack my things or carry my luggage to new room - The door key needed resetting every day of my stay - No assistance with luggage when leaving the hotel Les Roches Rouges is a beautiful hotel but if you are discerning about receiving great service, you should think twice about staying."

"Rooms were clean and it was a quiet little resort. Not much to complain about but it would be nicer if the rooms were updated. For example you have to lock the door manually with a key when you enter and leave which isn’t really heard of anymore these days, but the breakfast was good and the restaurant is also good. Hospitality was also top notch. If your wanting to stay for luxury and convenience id recommend staying somewhere closer into the heart of st tropez, the prices per night would be similar at somewhere like hotel de Paris."

"The hotel is in a great location and the property itself is very charming. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. After a long day of travel, I arrived hoping for a smooth check-in, but instead spent several minutes having to prove that I had previously spoken with someone at the hotel by showing them a conversation linked to their phone number. Rather than trying to help resolve the confusion, the staff were dismissive and unaccommodating. While I understood that early check-in could not be guaranteed, there was little effort made to assist us in any way. To make matters worse, the room we were initially assigned had visible mold, which was both concerning and unacceptable. There was also significant confusion regarding payment. I had prepaid for the room prior to arrival, yet I was told there was no record of the payment. Despite only staying two nights, there seemed to be uncertainty about charges even though I had already paid for three nights in advance. I am not someone who typically complains, but after repeatedly trying to calmly explain the situation and seek assistance, I felt I had no choice but to be more firm in order to get any help. What should have been a simple and welcoming arrival ended up being stressful and frustrating due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and willingness to accommodate us."

"Séjour très agréable au Le Lavandou ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé en bord de mer, avec un accès facile à la plage et à quelques minutes du centre-ville. La piscine est très bien entretenue et parfaite pour se détendre. Le personnel est vraiment aimable et accueillant, toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était un peu petite, mais confortable et bien équipée pour un court séjour. Une bonne adresse pour profiter du Lavandou dans une ambiance calme et agréable."
