« Mis a part une très bonne situation et un voiturier efficace, l'hôtel n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Chambre chiche, bruit de porte de garage ou de compresseur toutes les 20 minutes qui vous réveille, petit déjeuner servi dans un autre établissement, TV dignes d'une chambre d'ado... Bref l'hôtel surfe sur sa situation et sa grande soeur le YACCA mais ne fournit pas les prestations au regard du prix pratiqué. On est loin des boutiques hôtel cosy... »

« Le Pan Dei Palais est extraordinaire. C'est de loin notre plus beau séjour en Côte d'Azur. C'est un hôtel hors du commun qui nous donne l'impression d'être spécial. J'ai rarement vu un établissement avec des standards aussi élevés. Si vous projetez aller à St-Tropez, n'hésitez pas à choisir le Pan Dei Palais. »
