"The hotel staff were all super nice. Most can speak English which definitely comes in handy trying to organise tours. The breakfast and menu is good but needs a bit more variety like pizzas etc. Very clean and safe. The only issue is you always need a transfer if you wanted to go to other places. "Our flights were delayed and we did not arrive check in until 2:00 am. The man at the front desk was very helpful. We did not expect to stay in a hotel as we were supposed to be on a cruise ship. We did not have a way to charge all of our mobile devices and he found a device that would plug into the 220 Volt system and we were able to get all of our very important mobile devices charged up. The breakfast was fantastic."
