We enjoyed the very best experience at this hotel. Excellent service, well kept, and friendly services. The in-house taproom and restaurant was amazing. The included breakfast was expertly prepared each day. The hotel is also well designed and beautiful. I very much enjoy the gym and free Netflix in my room. The hot tubs were also a nice relaxing place to hang out. Overall, amazed with our stay! Will stay again and again.

We always enjoy staying here. This time our experience wasn’t great. Upon arrival there wasn’t a hot tub time available for that day. We had to make one the next morning which we didn’t get to use (we aren’t morning people). My husband tried to book in advance but they wouldn’t let us. We checked in at 5 and no spots available. I highly doubt everyone in the hotel checked in between 4 and 5 which left no hot tub time. Also there was dirty glasses hanging around near the elevator on the third floor when we checked in and was still there when we checked out the next morning. Our shower handle to turn the water on was broken. Like it literally came off in my hand. I couldn’t get the temp regulated and then discovered why when this happened. Parking is also so bad!!! -20 temps and we had to walk over from a church parking lot because there was no spaces available near the hotel. Like I said, we usually love this hotel. We have been coming here since it opened but to see things going downhill is disheartening.

I’ve stayed at 100s hotels in my life from NL, to Alberta, to BC to Vegas, San Jose, Florida and so on and I can honestly say this was the nicest, cleanest and best priced hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Take advantage of the beautiful rooftop hot tub, it’s beautiful there during the day but at night with the deck lights on it’s a must see. Complimentary breakfast is not your normal cold bagels and box cereal, you get a 5 star breakfast for free. The eggs Benny was “top notch” and then to top it all off to have a place like Best Coast Cafe and Boomstick Brewery all in the same building makes this hotel more like a resort. You don’t even have to leave the building to enjoy a 5 star meal, craft brewery and excellent staff all around. 10/10 would recommend, will be back again in March for the Cabin Party NL craft beer fest.

The hotel is beautiful, we loved the room! We were not able to eat in the restaurant for dinner because we did not have a reservation. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast, it was a great perk! The free breakfast option made the extra cost of this hotel acceptable in my opinion.
