"The room was clean but the bathroom when we came in the tub had back flow and we call many times no one come to clean it,after 6times to call the cleaner arrived to clean and she left the spray on the bathroom sink,she look like out of her mind lol..but the property is clean anyway"

"Orlando and William were very helpful and made an old man in a big city fill comfortable. Help with directions and how to get around. Hotel was nice, clean and convenient to the subway and Yankee stadium. Great stay."

"The entire hotel reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. We had a non-smoking room, but the smoke seeped through every crack around the door. There was a boisterous party in an adjacent room that kept us awake well past 1 AM in spite of contacting the front desk more than once. The mattress was very thin and hard and there were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter. The property is pretty nice since it's new, but it'll be rundown in no time. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else."

"Staff check was dreadful. No eye contact or even a smile. Also no info given regarding shuttle back to airport, we had to ask him. Room was noisy due to construction nearby, and other guests around us. We arrive late so we didn’t eat or drink anything during our stay so I can’t comment on those aspects of the hotel. On a positive the room was clean and comfortable"
