« Overall the stay was good. The location was perfect. The unit is a bit smaller than depicted in the photograph. We enjoyed the small balcony looking out on Ft Derussy having a coffee in the early mornings. We had a nice view of Diamond head and beach. It was reasonable walking distance to Waikiki beach, the Hale Koa and Hilton Hawiian Village. Nice little shop on ground floor with good quality Hawiian clothing. « Good location. The lobby and first floor of the Ilikai are nice spaces. My only complaint is that the small mini-split AC unit is underpowered for this room. We were never able to get the room cool enough. We kept the shades closed but the heat from the windows overpowers this small AC unit. A fan in the room would have been helpful. (I even cleaned out the filters on the AC unit, they were very dirty, this helped, but we still felt warm all night). Also, we got unlucky in that a family was...

« The property was exactly as advertised. It was a nice sized efficiency. It was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, so we didn't cook. We did use the Keurig coffee maker and that was great. We did not have a car, so we didn't take advantage of the parking garage. The location was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. « We stayed in this condo with our 3 adult children for a few days. Their recent renovation was fantastic, and the bunk bed design in the family room was great - it gave everyone their own bed which accommodated our group very well. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to the beach and playing pickleball on the courts with the set they provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. « The view was beautiful to the beaches and shoreline. Beach accessories were provided which helped tremendously! The room was ok, but outdated. The bedroom TV never worked, so we only had one working TV in the condo. Towels were not up to par. Only given 6 wash towels and 4 bath towels for a week long stay. Although access to laundry was available, the were pay operated. Parking also had to be paid even after paying to stay! Bedroom sheets were dingy as well. I didn’t receive the instructions...
