« Otter Creek Cottage worked very well for our group of six adults (two couples and two singles), it would also work great for someone with kids (the attic has so much room)! The property manager, Tim, was very responsive. Location is convenient to both Bar Harbor and Acadia, and an easy trip to Roosevelt-Campobello, and so many other things. Kitchen is very well stocked (loved the storage options)! The area is quiet, we enjoyed the back yard (plenty of seating), easy walk to a small market. ...

The furnishings and decor give a European simple elegance, but the spot is SO Maine! We enjoyed the few local spots and proximity to nature…truly fantastic place to unplug for a while! »

« Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...

« This little house was so perfect for our annual national parks trip with our daughters. It was an easy drive to Acadia with great views and food along the way. This was a rare instance where the property is actually better in real life than in the listing pictures. It’s even stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to enjoy family meals together. For our infant, a pack and play plus a high chair were provided. We will absolutely be looking to stay again if we make it back...

« Very pretty house with a perfect mix of open living space and well designed sleeping area. The rooms had nice beds and pillows. Living area had pretty open space incorporating the living room and dining room. It also had a view from kitchen. Overall a great place to stay! »
