Pros and cons
Positive: Great location, quest, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Cons: very uncomfortable bed, very small room, very small shower. With the bed so rock hard I barely slept the 3 nights I was here. Fine place to stay on vacation. If you’re traveling for work and need sleep, I would not choose to stay here again.

Overall the stay was excellent but there is not enough staff and the dining area is too small. Breakfast was a nightmare, on our last day there were no tables so we didn’t have a proper breakfast and ended up having to sit in the bar area. However the staff are friendly and very helpful. The accommodation and the hotel itself is excellent just need to employ more staff and extend the dining area.

HORRIBLE FOR THE PRICE LOW QUALITY
Hotel is horrible, I paid a triple room based on the options and pictures displayed on the page. ITS NOT AT ALL WHAT THEY SHOW IN THE PICTURES. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM AND ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PICTURES. Our room is extremely small WE COULD BARELY FIT. THE BATHROOM AND SHOWER IS EXTREMELY SMALL THAT YOU CANT SHOWER COMFORTABLY. The shower head is to the level of ur face and if you are tall forget it you won’t fit. Is smaller than a airplane bathroom. UNBELIEVABLE ALMOST $400 with all city taxes for a night and its an insult. Lobby staff is rude like if you are there for free. I didn’t want my parents to have a bad experience but it was horrible. In the elevator just two people can fit. Room A/C Not working properly and BED SOOOOOO HARD

15 minutes walk to everything
Great location in Milan! On older gentleman at reception was helpful and kind but the rest mostly ignored guests unless asked a question. Breakfast was delicious but a small area proved that it was sometimes somewhat difficult to get a seat and other guests don’t care if you were waiting first.

Nice staff. Good location. Clean. A little noisy.
This hotel is great! Location wise, perfect! Next to the Duomo & the Gallerie. Super clean and friendly staff. Yes, it is noisy & I got the room next to the elevator but honestly was so tired after walking around all day I wasn't bothered by it. Quality vs price is fair.

Nice clean hotel in great location
This hotel was comfortable and clean. The desk staff was not very friendly but the good location outweighed any drawbacks. Our room facing Viale Torino was noisy so be sure to put the blinds down all the way and remember earplugs. Actually, we slept well despite the trams going by. The beds were comfortable and shower excellent. A good value. 10 minutes from Duomo and15 from LaScala

Hotel is 5 min walk to the Duomo where the action is. Lost of shops along the way. Also cafes and delis. Room is comfortable but the bathroom is small. The shower is like you are on a cruise ship. Staffs are nice but you have to ask what amenities they have. They don’t offer it to you.

Pros: Hotel location is great. A bit hard to identify if you’re driving to the hotel the first time as the signage isn’t that obvious, but once you’re settled in, it’s a really good location. Restaurants and shops are all relatively under the hotel. The double room itself is of good clean comfy quality as are the hallways, and other facilities. Cons: I saw the photos of the single room on expedia and it looked sufficiently spaced for a 1 person stay. I guess if you’re a tiny human, they are acceptable. But I’m a tall person and had some luggage with me. Yea that wasn’t gonna happen. The room was coffin-size tiny! Wasn’t going to last 2 mins in that tiny room so I found I had no option but to upgrade to a double room at an extra 40 euros a night. Also if you’re renting a car to go about town, the hotel parking is really expensive at 30 euros a night. Public parking was hard to find so for convenience, you will be left with no option but to park at the hotel too. At a 2 night stay, I found myself paying an EXTRA 150 euros (plus tourist tax) over what my total was on Expedia. If I’d known that from the beginning, I definitely wouldn’t have chosen to stay in this hotel. Overall, if you’re not a picky person and don’t mind tight spaces and don’t have a car rental, I’d recommend staying here. Otherwise, pay a bit more from the beginning and stay somewhere more spacious with free parking.

Center of the center (inside ZTL)
THIS IS IN A ZTL AREA, so if you have a car, park outside the ZTL or the hotel will charge you 30€ plus you have to get a 3€ pass to drive into the city. Front desk was kind of snobby, but it is in the center of the center of Milano. Within walking distance of pretty much everything. Not dangerous, but not in a fancy part of town. Breakfast was good. Provided toiletries are lovely.
