"The staff and experience was incredible. We had a room with smoking (already some expectations there I know) . The only complaint was the comforter we had had multiple HUGE burn holes in it and looks like it had for a while. I knows it’s a smoking room but come on…. Other than that everything was pretty good. "

"The sheets and pillowcases had blood stains on them. bathroom floor had not been cleaned in a long time. The entire floor smelled like smoke. I needed a room on the first floor due to my handicapped father and got stuck on the second floor. the breakfast was cold."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious but the property itself was sub par. The 3rd floor stank of stale cigarettes and our room had a terrible smell. There were ants in the bathroom and the Home Depot across the parking lot allows semis to park and idle all night. We had a very loud night of semi engine ALL night long. "

"Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However: 1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. Lots of dust still on the floor. Pieces of trim left on the floor. Whomever was doing the remodeling obviously wasn't trained properly to clean up before they left. 5) The "lamp" on the desk/work area was broken. Still functional, if you were clever. But broken."

"Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in."
