"Floor was not cleaned"

"Room clean, bed comfortable and was given 2 extra pillows requested without problems. Only complaint was the roll in shower bathroom. There need to be something that will keep the water from going over the entire bathroom floor. Can be very dangerous. "

"The bed had hair on it. And the hallway was dirty and the outside seemed scary. The staff was very nice."

"The pool was broken. I chose this spot due to the pool. The staff was so kind, I felt uncomfortable complaining. They had nothing to do with it. Expedia or the hotel should have let me know in advance."

"Lobby & room were clean & tidy. Safe parking area. Convenient location. Minor annoyances: broken ice machine, we needed to ask for a 4th bath towel and the breakfast selection was small. Eggs but no bacon or sausages, no orange juice, only apples and white bread. Decent for the price."

"Staff was amazing! Room was nice and close the Grayson Stadium. "
