Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere else

Check in was easy. They sent messages before and during my stay to make sure I had what I needed. The staff was friendly. The room was perfect for solo travel (Queen bed with sofa). You could walk to most things in old Montreal within minutes and if not it was close to the metro and bus lines. Only minor thing was a smell in the bathroom that wasn’t enough for me to complain/switch rooms but I definitely was in and out as quickly as possible. I’m sure they would have assisted if I asked. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

"到着後すぐに確認したところ、ランプが一つ点かない状態だった。また、シャワーのお湯が出ない状態だった。フロントに伝えたところ、翌日にならないと対応できないと言われた。交渉を続けて最終的に部屋を変えてもらったが疲れた。なお、施設は古く雰囲気は良くない。かろうじてベッドは清潔感があったが、バスタブはお湯をためる気にはならないレベル。学生の節約旅行にはよいかもしれないが家族連れにはおススメはしない。"
