"Make sure you ask for a receipt and look at it. Although they were very quickly to correct the oversight, As we all know We don't get to talk to the same people that we make reservations with..it's all online nowadays. Getting a receipt and looking at it at the time of check out is good. It was a Beautiful room. I was flabbergasted! The sofa bed was very comfortable even without pulling it out. I slept very well. The bed for me was too soft , so i went out to the sofa. But everyone else was comfortable. I would stay there again."

"Breakfast had burnt eggs. Staff very curt, not willing to call taxi for me when my cellphone stopped working. Had to ask valet to call for me. Electronic key to room did not work, they couldn't fix so had to move me to lesser room with no reduction of price, just breakfast token. Staff needs more training to make patrons feel welcomed."

"Enjoyed the stay. Beautiful view of the lake. The only draw back was when we arrived the room had a some type of odor that dwindled as the days went by. We got in so late that night, we just didn’t worry about it due to our busy schedule."
