« This house was the best water front with a pool in the lower keys for the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to booking again. I wouldn’t expect a brand new house and there was some things that were less then pristine about the house but isn’t most things in the Florida Keys. Side note accessing the slips by water is a bit of a challenge. Cudjoe Bay is shallow! 2 houses south has buoys use them and head out that way. »

« We had a fabulous time staying here! Check-in and communication was easy. The house comfortably fit 10 people. The kitchen was well-stocked even though we brought some of our own stuff. My favorite feature is the separate ice maker we could all fill our Stanley’s from. The pool was wonderful although we did bring our own umbrella for some shade. « We had such a great stay in this beautiful house in Cudjoe Key. The property was just like the images online and if you walked out about 5 feet, you would be in the water. We used the grill one night, but every night, we sat on the balcony enjoying the view. Great pool in the neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was comfortable furniture to lounge around. Would come back and would recommend. »

« Very comfortable house, with nice pool. The bridge clearance at high tide during full moon was about 6’ 10’. Great location, lots of places to eat. Enjoyed amenities of the house, drink fridge in garage and bait freezer. »

« Excellent place to stay if you are seeking a getaway off the beaten path. Well landscaped to give privacy to each bungalow. 2 amazing piers to fish/jet ski from. The pool and grill area is a PERFECT place to cool off and escape the heat with the swim up bar. The staff even gave us coconuts to enjoy fresh from their trees. Each day we saw amazing wildlife and even had key deer visit us. We are considering booking the whole place for a family reunion. Would also make for a great corporate...

« The unit was perfect for us..the A/C worked great especially during the highest temperatures ever recorded. We love staying at Venture Out...so convenient to have our boat right there...they have alot of rules but that's what makes it stay nice and calm for us older folks. I would highly recommend this place and will probably rent this again »

« We enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the kids fishing off the pier to watching the key deer, iguanas, and other wildlife to taking morning bike rides and swimming! Everything we needed. »

« Great place to get away. House and property were nice. If your bring a boat, you have to watch the tides. Flats or a smaller bay boat will be fine. Had a 21 foot center console. Low tide you just have to take it slow out to the channel. Great options for docking your boat. A lot of space for boat trailers. Location of property is nicely situated. »
