With room to comfortably accommodate up to a 32' boat, you'll enjoy quick and easy access to open water - perfect for fishing, diving, or a day trip to nearby sandbars. After a day on the water, unwind on the spacious covered porch overlooking the canal. With seating for six, an electric grill, and a bar cart, it's the perfect place for outdoor dining and sunset cocktails. For more fun, take out the included kayaks (2-person and 1-person) or explore the community by bicycle - four are provided. A golf cart is also available for rent to make getting around even easier.
