Outdated, door that don’t lock

The view was great but that was it. Location is not great. Homeless people and crackheads at the corner store. Pool was dirty and had stuff floating in it. The place it self is extremely warn and clearly not well taken care of. The whole place needs paint throughout. Floors were filthy especially under the bed. My baby dropped a bottle under the bed and I had to just throw it away. No amount of washing was going to clean it after falling under there. Couch had stains on it. The iron was missing so we had to walk around wrinkled. A lot of the furniture was chipped or damaged. No chairs on the balconies to enjoy the view or eat breakfast. Front door stopped locking halfway through the stay. The parking is hard to access and has an extremely narrow entry/exit. Our rental car was damaged on the side from this. The sliding door in the living room did not lock. Contacted the host the first night I was there. They responded immediately and said maintenance would be there in the morning which was a lie. I followed up several times after and kept being lied to about someone coming for the remainder of the trip. We had to sleep with door unlocked. The view was amazing but this place is not being taken care of or maintained. And the location is terrible. Spend $100 more and stay somewhere else.
