Good, but be careful
Property was nice and advertised. However I had booked the property for my employees while they were working out of town and upon the end of the stay the property manager reached out claiming my guys had broken a chair on property. I wasn’t staying onsite so I was certain but my guys, adamantly, told me they didn’t use the area that the chair was located. Once I explained this to the property manager she didn’t respond and went ahead with claiming the damages. Thankfully I had purchased the insurance but just beware when you book with this group!

House inside and outside was nice. Problem was roaches in and around outside kitchen area. Both Bbq tanks were empty. Cleaners needed 1 1/2 hours more to clean checking in. Communication with owner was non existent. Sad as this could be a wonderful place.

Cutler Bay Amazing House
We loved this house! It was perfect for our family of twelve. The grandparents had their own suite and the rest of the family was comfortable with two couples in their bedrooms and two remaining rooms for the six grandchildren to sleep. Everyone was easily accommodated by the available bathroom facilities. The kitchen was large and adequately equipped, and there were multiple common areas for eating, playing games and being together. The most amazing feature of this house is the backyard. In addition to the heated pool, we totally enjoyed all of the facilities and areas provided, and the grandchildren were never at a loss for things to do. The owners have made the best possible use of every square inch of the backyard space. Be prepared to inspect the property within two hours of arrival in order to report anything that needs attention at the request of the host. We did our best and then later discovered kitchen outlets that were not operating, a pool vacuum that never worked during our stay, and a non-operating pump on the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom suite. Most were minor inconveniences, but the jacuzzi was a disappointment. We highly recommend this property! Honestly, there was no need to go anywhere or do anything else, and we fully took advantage of the time together as a family. We'd love to make a return visit and enjoy this incredible house again. We all agreed that it was a magical vacation, and the house was a big part of making that possible.

Nice home
We stayed in Feb and chose the home for many reasons that looked really appealing. It was a great home overall and we really enjoyed our experience minus a couple things. The pool never heated enough for us to swim after sun went away. The basketball hoop was broken but no biggie. Neighborhood is nice but home is surrounded by dogs that bark all day and much of the night. Host was gracious and let us store our luggage ahead of check in.

New Years Getaway
We enjoyed our time at this great house; the neighborhood was loud but to be expected around NYE. Nani was great to communicate with and helped us navigate any concerns we had. The pool temp was a bit too cold for this time of year despite being advertised as a heated pool (it was, but too cool for our kids to swim comfortably in mid-60’s degree days). We had a warm day at the end and the pool was perfect. Thanks again for the excellent stay!

We unfortunately had several issues with the property which drives our lower scores. The advertisement of the property shows as luxury which is not what we experienced. We had a few bigger things that were issues (walked into an unsuitable for humans air purifier machine running in the house for example) and then a bunch of small things (missing items for the house to be used as advertised, broken pool cleaner, electrical issues, etc) that added up to not a great experience. Also they can't control this but the neighbors had loud music playing until 5am for several nights during our stay so was not very family friendly.

Happy Birthday Rachel
When my daughter Rachel said she wanted to have a 30th birthday celebration with as many of her friends as possible, I immediately invited myself ;-) and went to work. We quickly decided on Miami and found this amazing property just a bit out of the city. We drove up to the lovely property tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood. When we unlocked the front door, we opened to an oasis. Everyone in our party simply gasped at how well appointed it was. There was plenty of room for 11 adults. The back yard was exactly as pictured -- with space for everyone to experience their own vacation within our group vacation. The property is about 35-40 minutes from downtown Miami, so plan accordingly. However, it's only 15 minutes to the Miami Zoo; about 25-30 minutes to Key Biscaine, and marketing/eating is abundant within minutes. The team was amazingly responsive, answering questions quickly and efficiently.

Great for families
Overall a wonderful stay. Check out is a tad early at 10am (but we ended up needed to leave early due to an emergency so it was fine). Check in process was simple (some user error on my end figuring out how to open the door, but only because I wasn't paying enough attention to the instructions). Lots of shopping close by and an opportunity to see wild Peacocks roaming the neighborhood. Tvs in each room kept everyone entertained with their own programming when needed, but lots of opportunities for family time in the pool, at meals, or in the cozy living room with enough room for all of us. Loved the double washer and dryer for our laundry and all the basic amenities were available. Would definitely recommend!

Took a little time to get to a from downtown Miami/south beach and the basketball hoop was broken which we were looking forward to. Other than that the house was nice. We did a bunch of cooking at the house and had plenty of utensils and spices. Pool and outdoor area were great.
