Forfaits vacances – Parque Natural Mexiquillo

Fue visita familiar , pero ahora si el restaurante la concha nos decepcionó casi no había variedad de comida , también un día en el lobby bar pésimo servicio con los meseros , y entiendo que están remodelando algunos lugares pero un día nos tocó demasiada gente para desayunar y eran largas las filas , deberían de considerar que si tienen demasiada gente y están en remodelación no deberían hacer tantas reservas

Room smelled of mold and wet sheets. The AC was leaking and created a huge puddle. I let the staff know and they did not fix it. And they sharged me for 2 pool towels i did not recieve. I was forced to pay it they were taking so long g and my transportation for the aurport was leaving

This was our second trip with the villas and they were beautiful as always the staff and food was excellent. The service was incredible. The pools were beautiful. We are already planning our trip for next year to Mazatlan and will definitely stay at Pueblo Bonito villas. What a relaxing and beautiful environment to take some time off at. Can’t wait for next year.

Beautiful property and grounds with excellent services and welcoming staff. Some of the restaurant food was so-so but the events were excellent. All pools and outdoor areas were well maintained and clean. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't accomodated with grace and humor.

La habitación muy limpia, el personal muy amable en todo momento
