"Although the resort was overbooked and we had to stay at the Fiesta American Condesa a few miles away, the staff at the Fiesta American Coral Beach offered us a very generous compensation package which included a room upgrade and discount vouchers for a future stay. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and luxurious. It had an amazing view of the ocean. Immediate access to the beach. Restaurants options are both numerous and very high quality. I am absolutely looking forward to another stay at this resort in the future! "

"Our second stay at this hotel; and it was just as top notch as in past. I cannot say enough about the staff and service. You really feel that they care and all work very hard to ensure guests needs are met. The property is kept super clean and well maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the pool and ocean. One reason we returned to the hotel is the food! The variety and preparation is exceptional, and I did not have any issues with my strict gluten free diet. Every restaurant had great choices - as did the buffet. Our favorite restaurant was the Krystal and the lobby coffee/ice cream bar is a nice bonus. The pool and beach areas get busy, but you can always find a lounger. Evening shows were enjoyable, and we did not miss leaving the resort after dark. My only disappointment are those guests who go to the restaurants looking like they just dragged themselves from a beach bar in inappropriate clothing, thinking it is ok to be intoxicated and loud ... and ruining the dining experience for others. "

"The place is maintained clean and the staff is great. The property needs major updates. Our room was nice but the shower door was falling and the main door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock. I paid for what according to Expedia was the best room in the property, so not was very disappointing to come to this. Another downfall is the hotel people trying to sell you activities and or timeshare, is almost like a flea market once you come to the lobby, very anointing to be approached every time for the same people. "

"My spouse and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Live Aqua. The property is stunning, the staff was exceptionally attentive, and the food was delicious. The spa was fantastic, offering step-by-step guidance through the dry sauna, steam room, and both warm and cool pools—such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The hotel sits right on the beach with breathtaking views and features several pools, including one with a fun swim-up bar. Dining options were excellent, with several restaurants to choose from, including Mediterranean, Mexican, buffet, Asian, sushi, steakhouse, and American cuisine. Our room was fantastic, with a rainfall shower, comfortable beds, prompt housekeeping, 24-hour room service, and turn-down service. We also enjoyed live entertainment and a night club on the property, yet it remained wonderfully quiet when we wanted to relax. We loved the aromatherapy—it was such a thoughtful touch. The location is very convenient: close to a pharmacy, just across the street from a shopping mall with a mix of upscale and casual dining and shops, and only 10–15 minutes from Cancun’s vibrant club zone. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
