« The apartment itself was great, but we booked with the intention of being able to use the pool, upon arrival we go to the pool only to find out that it is closed. We were not notified of this and would probably not have booked had we known the pool wasn’t accessible. On the last day of our 3 day stay the pool was finally reopened, as we tried going into the pool early in the day we had issues because we didn’t have a key fob to get into the pool. The host offered no solutions for this and said...

« Relaxing, Quiet and comfortable. Super clean, beautiful house, impressive decor, inviting outdoor patio, and adjustable beds. I attended a 2 day aesthetician conference. It’s located about 4 miles from museums, botanical gardens, the aquarium, food and shopping. »

« Drove 5 hours. No property access. No response from host. Spent 1.5 hours trying to message host and with VRBO trying to sort situation. VRBO cancelled the rental. We sat parked, in the dark, on a side street. Ended up booking our own hotel accomodations. Highly inconvenient...and the last thing you want to deal with after a day of driving. »

« Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is secure and the rooms are bright, roomy, and well air conditioned. The kitchen is spacious and all appliances are provided. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was great. Parking garage is secure and elevator to apartment is conveniently accessible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but sheets and towels could be in better condition. »

« My sister and I came to Dallas for dental implants and stayed here for 2 nights and we were both very happy with our stay. It’s a nice place, with a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. We appreciated the staples like spices, olive oil, coffee and sugar, and ice! The beds were super comfortable and the place was clean. The location is convenient, especially for where we were going. The host was considerate and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. »

« The unit is aesthetically pleasing, despite its location in a less affluent neighborhood. While I initially disregarded this aspect due to a sense of safety, the neighbors adjacent to the unit engaged in loud music and arguments that extended into the parking space adjacent to the bedroom window until 12:00 AM. This unexpected disturbance was likely a one-time occurrence, but it has led me to reconsider my decision to remain in this location in the future. »
