Muy agradable el lugar limpio lo único a lo que le pongo pero es que la televisión no tenía ningún canal de películas, prácticamente los pocos canales que se veian fueron sobre deportes y dos de música....

Excellent customer service, very friendly and corteous, staff resolved an issue we had promptly and without any hassles. Very safe and clean. It might need some updates so don't expect fancy but overall it's great value for the money and it meets and exceeds expectations for it's hotel class, definitely will stay there again. Thank you!

Poorly located, old and not well maintained. You have the bare minimum of everything in your room. The staff at front desk at night shift very bad, no intention the help whatsoever. If you are used to having to leave your ID in their hands in exchange for the tv remote, this is your stay then. No transportation whatsoever, would not return.

The hotel was really clean in general. For us the most important are the sheets, the mattress, and we were impressed, all around the bed was very nice and clean. The cost vs. what we got was great!! Full recommended and for sure will be back there.

It´s cleen and has potential but no extra services, no frigobar, no gym, no nothing in the room just the bed , bathroom and a soap. Is just a place to sleep not to stay. The airconditioning works but is noisy. The TV was not working when we arrived but they fix it.

I booked a room and paid in advance. My flight was delayed, so I arrived at the hotel 20 minutes before midnight.... just to find the front desk closed. Yes. Closed. Lights out, no one ther, no one to answer the phone. If not for a security guard who helped me and opened a room for me (not before handing him my ID) I would have been left without a place to spend the night. I learned later that -due to COVID-19- the city was under curfew, so it was impossible for me to find a cab to get me to other hotel. I've been traveling for last 35 years and -no matter how late I showed up- never found a completely closed front desk. So, if you plan to stay in this hotel, be warned that your reservation can be ignored and the front desk staff may just go to bed without giving a second thought.

We offer you an apology for your experience, unfortunately in the city of Merida we have new rules caused by the contingency of COVID19, the government has installed a curfew (11:00 pm to 5:00 am) so the vast majority of hotels in the city close their reception due to these government indications, that is why we have provided to expedite the hours in which we work. We invite you to check the schedules for your next trip in order to provide you with a better service.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Reception was courteous and friendly. The room was very clean. And we enjoyed the pool very much. Its not super fancy but great for families. We will be back!

We use this hotel because is close to Country Club Yucatan la Ceiba.... Never have the continental breakfast. We ask the hour from continental breakfast and the reception toll us 7.00 am. and 7.15 we leave and the small space for service the breakfast never open... No restaurant in the site, and the places for order food is not good..
