"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"We celebrate a wedding anniversary at LeSable, with young and old. The great advantage of this location is that each room comes with its private bathroom, and there is an elevator, so there is no problem for people that are old/disabled. "We thought the apartment was lovely..cool, comfortable and spacious. It’s in a great location, a quiet area but near good places to eat and an easy walk to the centre. Host was easy to contact and prompt to reply. Only problem was the sofa cushions were a bit dusty, some of us a bit allergic… other than that, fabulous!"

De inrichting is zeer compleet, zelfs waxinelichtjes, bakpapier voor in de oven, handzeep en andere schoonmaakmiddelen. Achter het huis is een gezellig overdekt terrasje met vrij en ver uitzicht. "I had a few days to tour Belgiam during a trip to Germany and am so happy I found The Mini. The small space had everything my traveling companion and I needed. The animals on the farm entertained us each morning, especial the brother and sister Burmese Mountain dogs. The proximity to Ghent, Bruges and the coast made travel so convenient. We were even able to book an additional night when an uncharacteristic snow storm kept us from traveling back to Cologne safely. All of our questions and needs...

Communication with the host for check in was great, and I really appreciated the good local information she provided as well. The house is very comfortable, in a great location, and has a wonderful backyard that we used for eating our meals and relaxing in the evenings. The whole stay what exactly what we needed and the house and host were perfect. We would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area."

"I enjoyed very much my stay in Henk's guesthouse in Zulte. The unit is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and very nicely located. Shopping and other amenities are nearby, as is access to the heartland of flandrian cycling. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse."
