"Nicole was a wonderful host and you can tell the family home was well loved. It had great amenities to be able to eat in a couple nights. Her recommendations were outstanding for where to eat and they veered away from super Touristy spots. The surrounding are had wonderful shops. Very walkable. It was a short free Shuttle ride away from the train station. The rooms were well kept, instructions were clear and the whole family found the stay so relaxing."

"Great location - just 2 mins from the Gentport and an easy stroll via the park into the centre of Bruges. Parking in private space a few minutes walk away. We left the car there the whole time after drop off, as everything is so convenient. Home from home with everything you could possibly need and more. What better then to kick off your shoes and chill after a busy day in town and enjoy a glass of wine in the cute garden - quite a sun trap. Anne- Marie is a super host and nothing was too much...

"We had a WONDERFUL two night stay here and wish it were longer. The property and location were perfect. On our second night Isabelle and Bhrett came over and gave us a three hour gin and beer tasting and three course meal. It was incredible! We had one vegan member and they made food to accommodate that as well. It was the best meal we had on our two week trip. Beer and gin were delicious and the food was gourmet and really really good. HIGHLY recommend."

"I had a few days to tour Belgiam during a trip to Germany and am so happy I found The Mini. The small space had everything my traveling companion and I needed. The animals on the farm entertained us each morning, especial the brother and sister Burmese Mountain dogs. The proximity to Ghent, Bruges and the coast made travel so convenient. We were even able to book an additional night when an uncharacteristic snow storm kept us from traveling back to Cologne safely. All of our questions and needs...

"A big thank you to Annelies and Filip for creating such a wonderful and relaxing ‘home from home’, offering everything we needed, together with some thoughtful additional luxuries. This was our first visit to Belgium and the house was perfectly situated for visits to Bruges and Ghent, as well as being near to the beaches. "Habe über FeWo-direkt bei Belvilla gebucht. Bei FeWo-direkt habe ich ein Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern gebucht, in Breskens angekommen stand ich vor einem Tinyhouse. Die Kommunikation war nicht hilfreich (Warteschleifen, dann wurde ich so lange weitergeleitet bis niemand mehr ran ging). Im Endeffekt stand ich mit meinem Problem allein vor Ort. Daher empfehle daher direkt über Roompot zu buchen, da diese vor Ort sind und bei über Belvilla gebuchte Häuser nicht helfen können."

"We really enjoyed this home--the heated floors (it was rainy and chilly!), the cozy TV room, spacious living area, and bedrooms all en suite. The grounds were beautiful (complete with afternoon rainbow) and the pool and sauna lots of fun. Our only regret was staying only two nights in Bruges--we could have explored much longer) and the need to get taxis into town for supplies and restaurants--it is a bit remote. "Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"Wie hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Es liegt leider an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, aber dafür gibt es reichlich Ohrstöpsel wenn es einen im Schlaf stört. Es ist alles gut erreichbar und im Garten konnten die Kinder laufen und spielen. Vielen Dank für die Vorbereitung des Babybettchens und die nette Kommunikation."
