We were faced with a difficult situation as I was hospitalized half way through our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and they went out of their way to assist my wife with with a range of issues.

We loved overlooking the vineyards and the overall relaxing vibe of the hotel. Flowers everywhere, the air actually smells like flowers. Being right in the heart of the wine area and vineyards was fantastic. Loved it wish we had more than 2 nights. I will be back for sure.

Excellent service very clean only problem was the burnt toast. It would have been nice if we had gotten a call telling us what the alarm was for. Kristen was excellent very helpful.
