"No problem with the service, cleanliness, helpfulness. The bed was old, lumpy and very hard. Hampton Inn is known for their good beds and pillows. This one needs to be thrown out. The 2 chairs in the room were very uncomfortable; I couldn't sleep or sit."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is nice. However, it was quite noisy until around 10 p.m., which is late when traveling with young children. The large shower looked beautiful but had very poor water pressure and sprayed in different directions, which was disappointing. Parking was also a bit confusing and resulted in our vehicle being towed early in the morning, which made for a stressful start to the day. Clearer signage around parking would help avoid situations like this."

"Our stay was great. We were frustrated with things that happened before - it was not easy to change our booking from two nights to one, and the hotel charged our credit card before checking with us (they cancelled upon request). Thankfully our stay was enjoyable and we hope the pre-stay issues will be fixed before we consider staying again."
