"Everything was fantastic! Everyone was friendly, and the place was spotless. There were plenty of things within walking distance, and the city was just a 25-minute Uber ride away. We did encounter an issue with the restroom, but after maintenance arrived, there was still some leaking, but it was manageable. if in the area again will definitely be booking at the Double Tree again."

"The lobby was bright and clean. The check in staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room could have used so sprucing up. The shower rack is bent and distorted. There was no fan in the bathroom either. Our window looking outside had a large crack in running through it. The TV is old and only about the channels worked. The continental breakfast isn't worth walking down for. Only options for hot food was waffles, toast or instant oatmeal. Options were as slim as the quantity of food they had out."

"Rooms were okay. We reserved a room that was supposed to accommodate 4 but realistically was good for 2. The pull out sofa bed was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE thing. I ended up sleeping on the floor. We had to request towels, pillows, sheets. The staff at the bar and coffee shop were very nice. Wasn’t a bad stay, just kind of meh."

"Everything was great but the only problem was the pool and the hot tub. Both were cold and my kids and I couldn't enjoy it at all. Some measures need to be taken when customers experience these issues, given our financial commitment to rental and other."

"Old charming hotel with excellent bathroom. Rugs in the hallways and bedrooms are old and need to be updated."

"Property has a shuttle to and from hotel, which is great. Location is close to airport, just across convention center. Front desk did not want to accommodate early check in, which was very inconvenient."
