« Great cottage with all the amenities of home. Very clean. Location is close to all attractions, yet hidden away on its own little private of wooded property. « Pros.Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Wifi and cable was Great. Showers were hot and had great water pressure. Staff was very nice and check-in was easy. « Beautiful spot and beautiful home! Super well appointed cozy and relaxing. Responsive and helpful host on site, but separate house. Close to UTK. Stayed here before move in at the university. Left car packed with roof rack and basket on tow hitch overnight. Private secluded parking. Wished we stayed longer! The host even gave us tomatoes from her garden, which were delicious! Highly recommend! »

« We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 »

« My fiancé, dog and I had a wonderful stay here! The house is super cute! Hot tub was a bonus! Its was more secluded which was what we were lookin for! Wasnt a terrible walk to downtown but the walk back uphill is no joke! But absolutely doable and worth the walk rather than tryin to find parking! »
