A beautiful cottage only minutes to Pigeon Forge. New flooring and very clean. Hot tub on back deck overlooks a large back yard in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very nice. It's an extremely well-kept area with a community pool easily within walking distance. The AC works great! This house is ideal for families with younger children, as the bunk beds, trundle bed, and sleeper sofa would likely not be comfortable for adults. This location had excellent internet service, TV's, and even a small box of DVD's appropriate for a wide age range. There are plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils for cooking a wide variety of meals. This cottage certainly met out needs, from grandfather to kindergartener. ##### david W. The small home was a in a nice neighborhood with other rental properties. It was equipped with everything we needed from cooking supplies to bedding and it felt like home for us. We only have a few things we feel could be changed. 1 - bring your own toilet paper, it is kind of rough like most professionally cleaned places, and 2 - we only wish that there were some chairs or something on the back deck to sit and enjoy our coffee. Otherwise, the place was ideal and we would love to stay again. We have already recommended it to some Of our friends who frequent the area. ##### Troy S. Out of the way for a quiet stay but extremely close and convenient to the attractions. The host was timely in replying and the home was immaculate upon arrival. Host was wonderful and messaged almost immediately if we had any questions. Cottage was so neat and clean and the neighborhood was really nice and quiet even though it was literally 2 minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge. Séjour de 2 nuits en décembre 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Chad P., West Michigan, USA 2 déc. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Cozy house close to the action First, I must say that this was not our initial choice, but because our cabin in the mountains was canceled at the last minute when the owner sold, we ended up renting this house instead. After arriving, we couldn't have been happier (unless it would have been perched on a mountaintop 😉). The accommodations were wonderful, the gas fireplace was a nice touch, it was easy to find, and very easy to access anything in Pigeon Forge. Our coffee drinking guests were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of coffee and a coffee maker. The baking utensils were quickly put to use making a breakfast casserole. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and the microwave and dishwasher (with soap pods) made reheating and cleaning up a breeze. There was even a washer and dryer that we were able to use for a quick load of laundry when a couple of people realize they hadn't packed enough 😁. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had, and I must say that our vacation turned out better than we could have envisioned. I highly recommend this rental! ##### Chad P. If you want to be close to town, this is the ideal location. There’s a back way out to avoid the Parkway. The house is clean with everything you need. Bedroom for parents with a comfortable king size bad and second bedroom for at least three kids or teens… we did not pull out the trundle.
